Login: User Name Top
Enter your User Name in the space provided.

You should have received your User Name in an e-mail from ECFMG.
If you have not received a User Name, you must contact the ECFMG EMSWP Administrator.

If you have forgotten your User Name, click the "Forgot User Name" link.
 
Validate Password Top
Verify that the Security Image and Caption shown are yours.
If the Security Image and Caption shown are not yours, click the "Not My Image" link.
This will reset your account, and further instructions will be e-mailed to you.

If the Security Image and Caption shown are yours, enter your Password in the space provided.

If you have forgotten your Password, click the "Forgot Password" link.
 
Answer Challenge Question Top
Enter your Answer to the Challenge Question in the space provided.

You will be required to answer one randomly selected Challenge Question each time you login.

If you have forgotten your Answer to the Challenge Question, click the "Forgot Challenge Questions" link.
This will reset your account, and further instructions will be e-mailed to you.
 
Forgot User Name Top
If you have forgotten your User Name, click the "Forgot User Name" link.

You must then enter your e-mail address in the space provided, and your User Name will be e-mailed to you.
 
Forgot Password Top
If you have forgotten your Password, click the "Forgot Password" link.

You will then be required to answer four randomly selected Challenge Questions.
After you have successfully answered the four Challenge Questions, a new temporary Password will be e-mailed to you.

If you have forgotten your Answers to the Challenge Questions, click the "Forgot Challenge Questions" link.
This will reset your account, and further instructions will be e-mailed to you.
 
Not My Image Top
If the Security Image and Caption shown are not yours, click the "Not My Image" link.

This will reset your account, and further instructions will be e-mailed to you.
 
Forgot Challenge Questions Top
If you have forgotten your Answers to the Challenge Questions, click the "Forgot Challenge Questions" link.

This will reset your account, and further instructions will be e-mailed to you.
 
Change User Name Top
Your only opportunity to change your User Name is during initial account setup.
The User Name you select at this time will be used for all future logins.

If you wish to keep the temporary User Name assigned to you as your permanent User Name, choose the “Keep this User Name” option.

If you wish to change your temporary User Name, select the “Change my User Name” option.
You may then enter your desired User Name in the space provided.  
 
Change Password Top
You will be required to change your Password whenever you access the site with a temporary Password.
You may also choose to change your Password at any time after you have logged in.

Enter your Password in the "Current Password" field. First-time users should enter their temporary Password.

Enter your new Password in the "New Password" field.
Your new Password must meet all of the following criteria:

  • A minimum of eight characters; a maximum of 16 characters
  • A minimum of one upper- and one lowercase character
  • A minimum of one numeric character
  • The first and last character cannot be numeric
  • Cannot contain more than two consecutive identical characters
  • Cannot contain your User Name
  • Cannot be the same as any of your previous five passwords

Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
Retype your new Password to confirm you entered it correctly.
 
Select Image Top
You will be required to select a Security Image and Caption when setting up your account.
You may also choose to change your Security Image and Caption at any time after you have logged in.

First, select a category of Images from the drop down menu.
After you have selected a category, you can navigate through the Images using the "Back" and "Next" buttons.

After you select an Image, it will appear to the right; you may then add your Caption where indicated.

You will be asked to verify your Image and Caption during all future logins.
 
Select Challenge Questions Top
You will be required to select and answer 10 Challenge Questions when setting up your account.
You may also choose to change your Challenge Questions at any time after you have logged in.

Select a Question from the drop down list on the left.
When you select a Question, you will answer it to the right.
After you have answered the Question, click the “Add” button. This will add your chosen question to the list.
You may not select the same Question more than once. You will need to continue this process until you have added 10 Questions and Answers.

You will be asked one random Challenge Question during all future logins.
ECFMG recommends that you select Challenge Questions that require an Answer you will easily remember.
